well when making a starry sky, you don't exactly have to fill in every space with stars^^ you could, but if you're doing so, I think it's best to have more small stars than big ones. IMO anyway... And I see that you have basically three sizes of stars there. maybe you can add more? and try using soft edged brushes for them (am not too sure if it's possible with Lascaux ^^; still new to it...)

hyschara is right. The small stars you have is about the right size to scatter around along with a few big ones, and they dont have to be all over or it will look like a giant tub of foam balls. X3 Good luck with making your bg. b^__^d
