Its cute, but a few tips to help you improve would be to clean up your lineart a bit and to add some shading. :) Maybe use the layers aswell.

Ok brattyashley i think if you added a good background it would make your picture good because its just blue. You could of added a cloud or a sun. Your people are good its just the background kills your picture.
