What do you look for when you look at a picture? Something that strikes your interest? Balance in the picture? Colors you prefer? Or overall appearance? What I generally look for in a picture is a expression; a certain feeling that the artist presents to the viewer. Weather it be gloomy, grand, sullen, serene, etc. I try and look and find what the artist tried to accomplish in the picture.

Tell me your views.

I like to look how sexy, how naughty a drawing is... hehehe... <:)

What I still don't get Xod is how you find appeal in poorly mis-shapened bodies. :/

For me, sometimes it is the idea than the execution that counts most. <:)

When I look at a drawing I look for particular styles that interest me.

Beauty. I like things that are pleasing to the eye. Even it's a really good picture of something ugly I won't like it. I'm not vain...just how I am with art.

My priorities are fantasy, color sense, depth, and freshness of viewpoint.

I look for a finished picture, with stirking colours and apropriate detail for the style used.

Boldness, composition, style, good color sense.

Content. If it's a clever concept and done in a visually interesting way, it's good in my book. For example: artist Neck Face isn't the most skilled in his trade, but he still rocks. Look him up. And have your head exploded.

I look for something full of detail. Sometimes very simple pictures are great too. I don't know. I guess I like a lot of vibrant colors, something that symbolizes the picture. I like depth, brings emotions, and feelings into the picture. I like being captive by the picture. Something that makes me think. That's my opinion.

My views: Too many to mention.

Stylized, brightly colored images usually hold my attention the longest. Use of extreme perspective is really swank too. Mostly because I suck when it comes to such things. >>;

Bright and shiny pictures that look edible.
