My first attempt at digital art. Not as bad as I feared, not as good as I hoped. That sums up my opinion rather well, I think.

The gourd-thingy started as a leaf, but it sort of changed on its own. If there are any gourd purists out there, I have no idea if this looks like a real kind of gourd. I'm not even sure if gourds look like this! It could be a squash, I guess. And I definitely know those leaves are not the right kind. Oh well.

Someday, I'll come back and finish the vine. I'll also do a background. I didn't do them yet because I don't know what kind of background to do. I'll probably muse on that for a while before I actually draw it.

Update: I was trying to add a background (the beginning of which is shown), saved, and then found out I exceeded space for this file. Gah! So...
