Creepy is the best kind of cute. Awesome little kiddy girl. I like her eyes, they are big and shiny! And they look like shouting smileys, hehe! Nice picture. >:)

"she may seem..." creepy is definitely the right word for it. The way you did the eyes, how round and dark they are but with a little spark through them, it's not so creepy. In a way, it looks like a "pityful" stare. Anyhow, is she a punk or something? lol Neat lettering.
