They certainly had an interesting look to them then..this does look like that kind of picture. The kind they eventually turned into posters..and developed in to propaganda paintings...similar looking stuff in Russia . Very cool

Tthe high contrast of this is delightfull, and I really like the texture of the colors. Beautiful drawing.
