I want it to be just like this, it might be finished, what I'm looking for are critiques. I am blinded by the fact that it's my drawing, it looks right to me. Ref.

Should it be cleaner? Should the lines be darker? Should I add a color for shading/contrast? Should I shade more like I have? Is it fine the way it is?

This is for a local bands website, I was asked eons ago to do it, I have 6 more people to do, but fortunatly they are all head and shoulders shots. Then I'm going to take the individual drawings and put them together somewhat like the ref. I'm not sure though. lol.}
