uh-huh.such a delicate little twig of a tree that graces the southern deserts with it's light aroma and seductive swaying. who now could have planted this queen among hybrids? not i. ~this picture brought to you by Joshua Tree National Park~ ;)

there is a remarkably isolatied tree somewhere along the interstate near joshua tree national park where people have started pulling over and leaving behind old sneakers and such on and at the base of the tree. It's pretty strange to see nothing but flat brown land for miles and suddenly a large shoe-tree. wish i'd thought of it
