I think it's just the dark lines around her eyes in contrast with the white hair that makes her creepy, but she's not very much. More innocent-like eyes might match better?

There is a condition that causes premature aging in some kids. It is called progeria and the kids age about 8 to 10 times faster than other people. They do not live past 13 years old. The oldest has lived up to 15 years old.

Yeah, you can see the child in Seth's eyes, very innocent. He's pretty intelligent for his age from what I observed from an interview he did a while back on TV. Good stuff.
