Hmmm...well I have a few things to say. First thing. If she has fur, try and add different shades of hair color, you know, to make there be shadow and shine. If you look at a cat it doesn't have all one type of hair color, just as an example. Another thing. I love the way the shine turned out on her jewelry. You really did an excellent job on that. Nice work overall. Just a few things to touch up on to make it better!
I do believe you are improving however I don`t think this is quite intermediate. You should practice a bit more on the beginner board before posting to intermediate again.
The upper arm is too short as is the lower arm the shoulders also seem a bit strange to me. Her nose is a bit too high. Body, face, hair shading could use some work. The shading on her jewelry is good, as is her expression. Keep it up ^_^
This is good so far, however, I do agree with the above comments because it does take some fiddling around with the applets. I've done that several times and believe me the finished product will turn out to be a sell-out. Well, sort of. Shi-painter is a very simple applet and there a lots of tools so don't limit yourself to just the pencil or the pen tool or something. Practice, practice, practice. Start with a lineart first using a pen tool, that would be good too. Do a couple more pieces and also try working more than an hour and a half even.
