Which applet, in your opinion is better/easyer to draw anime/manga on?

I don't think it really matters. The ability to draw is in you, not your tools. Great art can be made with the simpliest of tools.

-well it might be better to say it's not that important instead of saying it doesn't matter. The right tools can make something easier, but what I mean is that no matter how right your tools are it won't do you any good unless you have the ability to use them. Developing the skill to draw is far more important to do first before you start concerning yourself about the subtle differences in program features. If you can learn to draw well then you can learn to draw well with anything, because like I said the ability to draw comes from yourself and not the tools.

I would have to say Shi Painter for sure. Sure you can do it on Lascaux, but much more effort has to be put in to smooth out lines.
