Good concept. This is a good picture! It has interest.. and it's well done!

I like the composition, the idea, and the colors the most (in that order) but before calling it finished I'd do some more work on the lines if it were me. Some of the lines become randomly blurred and randomly crisp again around the arms. Like on his right arm, on the left edge of it separating him from the background, the line becomes broken and fades out briefly a few times. Also his right forearm seems strangly blurred, for example.
