Yeah, I'm with you on this. I just don't find Star Wars that intriguing. It's just a movie that I would say "that was cool" but not the kind that I would be like "OMG!! That was totally awesome!! I'm going to watch that 7 more times!!" And same goes for does LOTR. It's weird because I like Harry Potter but I don't really find the other fantasy movie/books that intersting. Anyways, nice expression ^^

ha. i am a severe star wars nerd. i mean, severe. all but picketing the changes to the originals, hypocritical enough to bash the new movies and yet buy advance tickets to the next one and plan on dressing up with some friends... yeah. you should watch the original three. if you bear in mind that they are SUPPOSED to resemble spaghetti westerns, that the campiness is part of the magic, that han solo has a fantastic ass... you'll figure it out. :)

maybe if you ACTUALLY WATCH the movies then you might change your mind instead of saying "honestly, I don't know why I would." That's what I thought about Star Wars at first but then when I actually started watching it, it was pretty entertaining (haven't seen Return of the Jedi though) and the characters were great even though it didn't really make sense to me where the setting was lol. (and I still don't understand why George Lucas started with Eps. 4) Are you not into sci-fi movies? Action sci-fi movies mixed with a little moral lesson like "let the force be with you"? The story is good if you watch every episode of it. Even the special effects were good back in the 70's (and I have to admit the story and the characters were more developed in that time than the recent movies). And Luke Skywalker is still better than Anakin Skywalker. lol

This is the best picture because star wars is freaking awesome.
