The background was kinda... Random. O_o; The "It's raining polka-dots! Cool!" thing came to mind after I did the background. I think up weird stuff.
It looks kinda... Odd. O_o;;; And I'm not really that cute. -_- But I think it turned out all right. *sigh*
I was going to put "Almighty Rin-chan"(for obvious reasons) instead of just "Rin-chan," but I kinda didn't have enough room and just "Rin-chan" seemed cuter. XP Uh... Yeah.
