Maureen did not say that the face was level. When I saw how tilted the eye was I assumed the whole face was tilted, so that's not a problem.

The eye lacks lids, the nose would be better defined through shading rather than lines, and the hair looks like chunks instead of having the appearance of individual strands. It might help to look at a reference photo of a real face.
