I think the lips would look better as a darker grey. And for 10 minutes, I think this came out nicely! The only thing I can see wrong on this picture is like at the bottom of her head; it looks pixelized while everything else is smooth (there's a smooth eraser that will keep things smooth while you're erasing). I hope to see more of your drawings ^_^!
