Disparity between texture and coloring of hair vs skin (as Derrick so unsubtly put it).
Have you tried lineless? Go mess around in Shi Painter with the watercolor tool turned to about 60-100 opacity. It's fun :D. Much easier to define the nose that way using shadows and what not rather than hard lines.
