It looks like your linearts a little faded. If you want to soften things, for God's sake, make sure they're on different layers. Lineart is Layer 2, Coloring is Layer 1, and Background is Layer 0. Always remember to not go too insane with the softening tool. It doesn't always look too good if you do.
