It's always good to try out new poses. Personally I like to use anatomy books for reference, though even clothing magazines can work well. I think you've pulled their elbow a little too far behind them though so it's almost touching their spine, which is sort of giving the impression of us not being sure right from the start which side is the front. It looks like they're in either a movie theater or maybe just their living room on a couch.
hey that's a cool pose... it says to me, "you're behind me, but I'll contort myself so we can talk" :) maybe you should title it "conversational contortion" :P
