I like the way the large amount of whites on her are merging her with the background. She sounds like an interesting character to me, sort of a "big sister" type. I think that maybe you should be a little more careful with shading though, like the parts that it's going over the lines of her arms and hitting the background. It's okay to shade over the lines in some cases but here the structured background conflicts with the breaking of structure in the shading.
