I like the strong linework you have here. They make the colors seem more vibrant even though the colors on their own wouldn't be too intense. It's nice how you have a slight blur on the background that gives a good sense of depth. One thing I see though is that her skirt looks a bit loose, like it's going to fall off, and I'm looking at it like ~__~;;
