I'm not sure if you were trying to draw her expressionless, but ecen so, this character has quite a bit of expression. It's actually quite difficult to not give a character an expression (even a 'blank face' is an expression)... that actually doesn't bug me.
My main gripe with this picture would probably be the hair in the back of the head, it's somewhat lopsided, and it almost seems like an oversized ponytail...
My only suggestions would be to clean up the colors near the lines, and maybe a little shading on the skin/shirt. If you are having trouble keeping outside of the lines, check out the mask tool.

Ok, maybe not expressionless, but at least looking as if she is bored out of her mind, no? I fixed the hair abit... was in a bit of a rush cause my dad wanted me to shut down the computer. I am really bad and shading and if you could give me any tips at all I would jump right at 'em. Thanks for helping me out ^-^

i actually think i see what shes feeling, her expression. its like she missing somehting, like its empty inside her right now. either that or she just heard some devastating news and is just speechless and shocked. but anyway i love it! some people think theres no expression but i see it. great!

maybe im just bad a reading faces, but she looks almost happy to me, content maybe? yeah, to me she looks content.
