fyi: on her face theres a line under her nose its not her mouth its apart of her coat so dont mistaken it as her mouth cuz if it was i would of fixed it right away u just cant see her mouth

Don'tuse the fill tool. Use layers to colour it.

Besides the fact that layers weren't used, and fill was used, I think that this is a nice picture. You have potential to make nice pictures... also using more time is suggested.
