Ok...I don't really have a recipe because I made it up myself and don't need the recipe..but here is what you'll need and the how to...
Any kind of steak will do..whatever your preference
Feta cheese
Meditteranian seasoning
sweet corn
red onion
one tomato
Old Dutch sweet and sour dressing...
Season steaks with mediteranian seasoning...
Sear in pan to your desired doneness..top with feta cheese while still in pan...it won't melt but will develop a smoother consistency...
Top with relish and enjoy...
Relish..
remove seeds from and chop tomato
chop one red onion
open one small can corn
about 5 tblespoons sweet and sour dressing...
Put dressing, corn, tomato and onion in small saute' pan and simmer until juice in almost gone...romove from heat and place relish atop steak...enjoy..
If you can't get that dressing where you are..you can substitute by mixing a mild vinegar with sugar salt and pepper..but be careful..you don't want a strong vinegar taste..
