He looks like he's falling, and not in contact with the bar. I think some kind of shadows behind his knees to connect him to it. Add some details to the background. It's a cute picture

What fun! I used to love hanging upside down like that and doing the 'skin-the-cat.' You did a good job drawing that position. Very nice! :)
