yeah, i had some questions about making a movie of it, too... if we keep encouraging andrew lloyd webber, he's going to keep inflicting those repetitive musical vomit-fests on us and the critics are going to keep praising them because he keeps assuring them that "cats" really was a work of art. yuck.
awesome picture, though. that area around his eyes is groove beyond compare.
Yes... I love this show. I'm curious about the movie, though. I've read some bad reviews, but seen good ratings. I don't know.. I'd like to see it just to figure it out for myself. I love the music of the show though; Webber didn't write some meaty alto belter songs... he wrote stuff that actually works for a voice like mine. :D
I can't wait to see this finished!!! It looks great so far. I agree with taori about the eye area. Skin tones are looking good.
Oooh, I'm excited about this picture. And as far as the movie, I think it's good; they did change a few of the words around, some parts that are sung in the play are spoken in the movie, but overall the movie is good. They did a fantastic job with the masquerade sequence.
EEP! How did I miss this? Oh well better late than never. I have to say I prefer Michael Crawford myself but this is a very nice rendition of the movie guy. His nose on the mask side seems a little uneven and the rose is a little flat but you're not done and I'm sure you know that. Very awesome dixie!
