I love my Togusa, uh-hm! Togusa from Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex! He's my favorite character, and as of right now is probably my favorite, if you don't count Aya/Ran Fujimiya from Weiss Kreuz... Anyway, ta-dah!
