I tried to see if I caould make the hair look more like hair. I think I did somewhat okay. It took so long too. I can't figure out if the character is a he or a she though. :P

It could be a teenage tomboy. The face is very well drawn, good job! I like the texture and shading. >:)

I agree with Xod (except the tomboy part) the face is well drawn and the textures and shading are nice :)
