Ahh, yes! everyone loves the gentle eggplant. known widely for it's pleasant, subtle taste and delightful presence, it's no wonder that this goddess of vegetables is so highly loved by both parents, AND children.
actually, this was just a quickie done to make sure i'm really allowed on member board. so her i am!

i'm serious, you know. I recently joined a support group for recovering eggplantaholichs.
I'm making some real progress and i've wittle my obsession down to a minimum. I still have an eggplant t-shirt though...
