Make the eyes and the lil red things (forgot the name) with oval forms and paint them. (It´s not my better Kirby, I made better Kirbys in the Oekaki Shi Painter)

Then you make the mouth with a lil semi-circle (down), like a sad face, and a big semi-circle (up) no make Kirby´s mouth. With Freehand and Flood.
