That sounds like girls start to mature physically a bit earlier than boys.
Hehe, that is why you can see children of the same age in a class and the girls look somehow "developed" but the boys still look like children. >;D

Probably the lighting. My webcam makes everything all dark and stuff and messes the lighting up
