This is my first attempt at oekaki, hence the not-very-good-ness. Just a picture of some random girl I made up with an equally random background. It shows up as having taken almost 2hrs, but I took a break for dinner in the middle so I'm not quite that pathetic.

I think this is completely awesome. And not just cos she has red hair ;P. I really like the shading, especially on the bridge of her nose, and her lips and eyes are good as well. I forsee good things coming from you cos you seem to really care about your drawings. :D

I think its pretty good for a first picture too. Everything is in the right place ( AND its a REDhead!). This might help some in gettin familiar with the Lascaux applet (which has SO much in it!)... http://cellosoft.com/2draw/wiki/index.php/Lascaux_Sketch Sharpen up some edges and add a bit more definition, and ya got somethin!
