This looks like a bronze sculpture... I love it. I'm not sure you should do a whole lot more to it, I like it just like this.

its very eerie looking but the texture is great on this.. it isnt the traditional realism you see.. nor is it "traditional" abstract(ness) :P great picture and nice creativity.

This is so nice. Interesting texture contrasting with the subject and setting. Rapid lines with extreme lighting on young skin.

Very interesting and am looking forward to seeing it when its finished, as others have mentioned i love the texture, it reminds me of what its like to stand in a river, i love it. I hope some of this texture makes it to the end.

The texture either reminds me of chalk on black paper or light colored pencil on black (either paper or board). I love it. I don't know if I like the texture or the draw better. Nice stuff. Congrats on the showcase too!
