Pure poetry. <:)

(a) Poetry may be art, but this is primarily a drawing site, not a poetry site. If you wish to submit poetry, do so on the Post Board forum.
(b) Good poetry does not have spelling errors.
(c) That's really, really hard to read.

... Zack... You're being closed minded! "Poetry doesn't have spelling errors"? Poetry is about the meaning behind the words, not mechanics skills.
... I honestly can't believe someone would say something like that...
Zack (edited Nov 11, 2004)
Good poetry is all about manipulating the language: not just the meanings of words, but how they sound or look when strung up together. Being able to spell is therefore a vital part by definition. One could intentionally misspell words or even make words up with no ill effect, provided it is done in a clever and interesting manner, but spelling a word incorrectly in an art where word choice is so essential is a serious error.

Show me any famous poets whose poems have spelling errors. Assuming the phrase "famous poet" isn't an oxymoron, that is. ;)

edit: The study primarily concerned with the meanings of words is semantics, not poetry.

I agree with Zack about the spelling of words, But This Is still good and I do consider this art. And I can't beleave I agree with a fuzzy monkey.

I think Koneko-Sama is being a little too open-minded.. lol.

I think that good poetry is the one that makes you masturbate afterwards. <:)
