There was a heroin bob character in the movie "slc/punk"
this does not look anything like him but this is an extremely cool drawing

Yes, it was Kejoco, I'm glad someone got it. No, it's not Heroin Bob, its' "The Real Heroin Bob" since Heroin Bob never actually did heroin.
