Umm... lesse if I remember. :p
I think I just made the lighten/dodge tool really big and then clicked it around a bit. Set the opacity level pretty high. Do it on a new layer, so you can erase any stray bubbles that end up on top of your picture.

Um, well... eek. Those're those lines that make the indention about your collarbones, you know? Murr. I'd go back and fix it, but the animation is really screwed.
