OKAY! Is this that creepy man from the sequil to the movie with that little girl Heather O'Roark, that died before the second movie was finished, with the famous line, " There HERE!"? Or, is it the infamous Jacko jerko creep? It's a good picture, but I don't like the subject! No offense, but if it is Jacko, I find him most offensive!
