Very interesting subject and really good execution. The only thing I see that I would change is that the transition of color to the interior of the nostril should be a little less drastic. I like your style.

wow!!!! amazing!!! i do agree with DBA. that is the only thing i see as well. I would have never noticed that but i don't have a good eye for that stuff unless someone points it out for me. other wise its just wonderful!
