...haha, i was trying to see if i could use the watercolour tool to draw something that isn't a person for once. it didn't turn out quite as i had expected, but then again this is only my second time using lascaux. it's Mog from final fantasy crystal chronicles. the bg came out by accident, and i like the look of the stuff on the bottom. hahaha, maybe i'll get better in time.....

I like this one a lot. It's a very nice and funny looking creature. I see that you did not make it up, but your rendition of Mog gives character to something I have never seen before. One thing you might try, if you wanted to revise this and make it a little better, is sharpening up the wings and ears. Right now they look blurred into the background. Because he is flying against the sky, well the ozone is always pretty far away, and the foreground would definitley stand out against it. If you don't know how to accomplish the "sharpening" I would suggest adding some small 1 or 2 point lines with no blend aroudn teh edges of the wing, in the same color you used to make them.

i don't think i will revise this pic, but thanks Dino, i'll remember the tips for next time ^_^!! this applet is so confusing, i think i'll just stick to pixel drawing and solid colouring on oekaki shi... *sighs*

ah yesh the moogle. I thought Mog had an Orange little poof...or maybe that's just in FF9...those little creatures that you search for desperately when your parents say you have to stop playing..."MUST SAVE...noooooooooo can't find moogle!" awesome picture as always
