Of course there is a story. This is Wabbageego..a member of a tribe of south pacific dwelling clown/warriors. They cling to their old customs, but they are a rich nation because they fish for canned tuna in their clear lagoon. The king has his own roller coaster and Wabbageego is the operator, you can see the lever in his hand. It's a very interesting place to visit. Nice one D
