The lines are very wiggly in places. I just don't think that this should be in intermediate.

even the advanced artists on this site doodle on the beginner boards when they don't expect a certain picture to be up to snuff. the boards are divided by picture quality, not artist quality.

this is not intermediate quality.
better to be humble and praised than proud and criticized, no?
