It reminds me of my moms house with the oregon-pine floors..
I get quite depressed sometimes, but fortunately theres light(hope) coming through the window.
The white windows and color chosen for the light works well
(its not too yellow as many make the mistake)
I think the blend of the dark to the light of the room should be a little more gradual. Also the shadow of the figure on the floor is too opague...the wooden lines should shine through a bit more like u did with the skirting.

unfortunately, i suffer from major depressive disorder...and have for the majority of my life. the picture is the way it feels to me, an empty room, alone, darkness and yet a bit of light, if only i could raise my head high enough to see it..... my thanks to all of you....

More {{{{{{Cyberhugs}}}}}} to you, longway. I also have suffered from depression for most of my life (it runs in my family). Trail walking, nature, art, honesty, and prozac have become tried and true remedies for me.

I suffer with the same things...especially the last 11 months...
But if it was not for the help given to me by Jesus, i would probably have committed suicide...
Thank the Lord for the light in the window...
all is but a season to pass
