Gigge! That's lookin' excellent so far! You're doin' great with these portraits :) You've done the wrinkles in the forehead really nice and the shading in his shirt is comin' out really well.

Nice...Maybe burn in the top of the top hand a bit..it seems too white...same thing with the cheek behind the right (left as you look at pic) glasses... good work on that hat!

Agreed about poppa's suggestions. Both hands need to be dulled down a bit. As it is now they're barely noticeable, but with a little shading they'll look great. That's a great reference picture. Your take on it is comin along nicely :)
