She appears to still be very happy about that too! Very colorful! I think maybe define the edges of the dress a bit so it has a touch more dimension. I am not positive of the light source as there seems to be highlights on opposing sides in places, so perhaps some clarification of where the light is coming from ?

Very nice, debem. I love her dress so far. Good suggestions there from poppa. I hope nobody suggests a different background because I like the way the darkness sets off the colors. This is going to be a great pic when you've finished.

Thank you, guys! I'm glad you said something about leaving the background black, emma. I was wavering between leaving it black and putting the background of the photograph into it (which really is too cluttered and busy, come to think of it).
