I think it might help if you shortened the phalange on the forefinger between the knuckle and the first joint a bit. The translucent effect with the lighting is nice though.
I am impressed that anyone knows how to spell phalange, Gigge. That anyone even knows what it means, much less to use it. I commend you. (you did, however, make a typo on knuckle... It's not kunuckle, which sort of spoiled the whole you are a smart kiddo effect) :) It is quite surreal, and reminds me of my grandmother trying to get me interested in playing piano which i didn't give a flying you-know-what about.... but it's the nice feeling that it imparts that counts, and it does impart a feeling.
I like this too, even though the hand is off. The angle of the hand playing is kinda too low for what the hand position would be to actually play and that index finger is too long and off angle.. but in spite of all that.. I still like this alot.
The keyboard is quite photorealistic, and the hand has a good sense of movement in it. The blurring over the keyboard adds to the sense of fast-paced movement!

it looks dreamy, the piano keys rock
I like the dimensionality of the keys and the color used here, Audie.
