She's got a kind looking face. The eyes look a tad flat..maybe some shading and highlights to bring them to life? The hair would benefit with some additional details too. Nice job overall!

Thank you for the suggestions...I knew it didn't look quite finished but wasn't sure what to do next! After staring at the thing for hours it began to look like a blur, so I appreciate input from others.

its difficult to get the balance between blurring and lines right . Longway suggested using different opacities on the drawing tools, but I can never calibrate them correctly. Maybe it would be worth concentrating on doing another drawing of perhaps just the eyes, and then come back to this one iof you find another way of working on it? Im still struggling with this medium.
