Hey bluedreamer! I think that you should add some hair on the left, and some more shading on her face and body.

Her neck seems much too long and her eye is too close to the edge of her face. The ear is also a little high up. Also, the outlines and hair are too blurry. You will want to work off of existing photos or drawings to get a better sense of how to draw faces before you start drawing out of your own imagination.
