Yup, his name is Canti or Atomsk. I loved this series because it was so screwed up =) just like Evangellion (same writer).

yeah....it is really mest up and fast paced. to completely understand it, i'd say watch it about 20 times or more. I knew it was the best anime when i found out canti was adomisk. The guitar fight is also awesome.
