So I'm just going to submit this now or I'm never gonna finish it. Its supposed to be a surfer riding the pipe, does anyone have any good water references that I can learn from?

The water is just right!
The wave looks so smooth.
I think you have the nack of doing water like that. Very good.
Not to sure about the surfer though. He looks like he has a fish attached to his leg.

Very nice, you have the water looking good, but take out the black thing that looks like a fish, it would look better (just my opinion:)

Thanks, yea I think it looks strange too, I burned his shadow too much and forgot to fix it, now I can't so there'll just be a strange fish following him.....we'll pretend its like jaws or something ;)

This picture deserves more space.. If you send a memo to one of the mods with a link to the picture, and ask for more, they will likely move it up to intermediate so you can work it more.. you should definately do that.. this is great
