Welcome to 2draw (PS Read the rules..) you might want to go back in and revise the image a bit to soften some of the lines ,the lip lines are a bit ragged (but have nice highlights). The black outlines around the eyes is a bit overpowering. Maybe tone that part down some and make it look like real eyeliner (nobody really draws black circles around their eyes unless they work that corner....) Not a bad picture overall

ya know when i first saw this I said there plenty to say about it but I am not really one to say cause I need more skills myself but...everything Davinci said I second:) *hides behind davinci*

It's much better! Now.. some definition in the hair..and you got it! You can save pictures you are working on that are not finished when you submit. There are three choices when you submit..Finished...Unfinished..and Unfinished (hidden)
that last one is the one you should use. Then the picture is stored in your studio and you are the only one who can see it until it is ready to be posted as finished. Unless you want commentary during the draw you should always post as unfinished hidden until you are really done. Nice picture! (Steps aside quickly so the cowardly DMV can be seen ...lol)
